Due to the sensitive nature of acropora corals, dipping is not recommend on the day of arrival. We recommend dipping the corals 24-48 hours after arrival.
We use UPS Overnight shipping to ship all our orders. The items are packed in thick poly bags. To maintain an optimal environment during shipping a heating or cooling pack depending on weather conditions.
